Terms of service

By creating an account, buying credits or using Produca, you agree to these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and any checkout terms shown to you. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement.

Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly about unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity through your account. Phone numbers collected during onboarding are not verified identity unless we explicitly say otherwise.

Produca uses prepaid credits. Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout, and the credit quote for a generation is shown before confirmation. Credits are not money, are non-transferable and have no cash value except where applicable law requires otherwise. Purchased credits remain available while your account is active; promotional credits may expire under the campaign terms shown when granted.

You retain the rights you have in prompts, uploads and outputs. You give Produca a limited licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload, including a person’s face or voice.

AI-generated results may be inaccurate, inconsistent, similar to other users’ results or unsuitable for your intended use. Review outputs before publishing or relying on them. Produca does not promise perfect character continuity, exclusivity, legal clearance or uninterrupted generation.

We may update workflows, providers, pricing and features. A price change does not alter credits already in your wallet, but it may change the credits required for a future generation. We may suspend access to protect users, comply with law or investigate misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Produca is provided “as is” without implied warranties. Produca is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid Produca in the three months before the event giving rise to that claim. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

You may stop using Produca at any time and request account deletion. We may close accounts that materially or repeatedly breach these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive will do so. Questions may be sent to legal@produca.app.
