Privacy policy

We collect account details such as name, email, optional phone number and country; project content such as prompts, uploads, references and generated media; transaction records; support messages; and technical information such as device, IP address, security events and product interactions.

We use information to provide and secure accounts, process generations and payments, maintain credit balances, offer support, prevent abuse, understand product performance, communicate service updates and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

We share only what is needed with providers that support Produca, including Cloudflare for hosting and storage, fal and model providers for media generation, Monnify for payments, Better Auth infrastructure for authentication flows, Google when you choose Google sign-in, and OpenPanel for product analytics. Their processing is also governed by their terms and privacy notices.

Your generation inputs may be sent to our inference providers and processed outside the country where you live. Do not upload sensitive personal information you do not need for the creative task. We use contractual, technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and service.

We keep account, project and generated content while your account is active or until you delete it, subject to backup and legal retention periods. Payment, fraud, audit and credit-ledger records may be retained longer where required for tax, dispute, security or compliance purposes.

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. Contact privacy@produca.app. We may need to verify the request before acting.

Produca uses necessary storage for sign-in, security and preferences. Product analytics helps us understand important actions such as onboarding and purchase completion. We minimise noisy tracking and do not use advertising trackers at launch.

Produca is not intended for children under 18. We use safeguards designed for the service, but no internet system is completely secure. We may update this policy and will post the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes.
