Acceptable use policy

• Create or distribute child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors.
• Create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation or content that facilitates trafficking.
• Impersonate a real person deceptively, clone a voice without permission or mislead people about a material fact.
• Promote violence, terrorism, targeted harassment or hatred against a protected group.
• Facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, unlawful financial activity or evasion of platform safeguards.
• Infringe copyright, privacy, publicity, trademark or other rights.
• Create harmful medical, legal, financial or civic misinformation presented as verified professional advice or authentic evidence.
• Probe, overload, reverse engineer or bypass Produca’s security, rate limits, credit controls or provider protections.

If a reasonable viewer could mistake generated media for an authentic record of a real event or person, disclose that it is AI-generated where context requires it. Obtain meaningful permission before using a recognisable person’s face, likeness or voice. Political and election-related impersonation may be restricted or blocked.

We may block an input or output, remove content, restrict generation, suspend an account, preserve evidence or report activity when reasonably necessary. Enforcement may consider context, severity, intent, repeated conduct and legal requirements. To report content, email privacy@produca.app with the relevant link or job reference.
