Partner agreement

Produca appoints the approved partner on a non-exclusive, revocable basis to introduce eligible customers. Approval does not create employment, agency, franchise, exclusivity or authority to bind Produca.

Attribution uses the unique link or code issued to the partner and Produca’s recorded attribution rules. Self-referrals, duplicate identities, existing customers, refunded transactions, fraud, chargebacks and transactions outside the active attribution window are not eligible.

The default commission is 15% of eligible net collected revenue from attributed purchases for 12 months after the customer’s qualifying signup. Net collected revenue excludes taxes, payment fees, refunds, credits, chargebacks and discounts. Commissions are held for at least 14 days and become payable only after validation.

Approved balances are paid monthly after the partner reaches the ₦10,000 minimum threshold and provides accurate payout and tax information. Balances below the threshold roll forward. The partner is responsible for their taxes and bank charges.

Partners must be honest, disclose the commercial relationship, use approved brand materials and comply with advertising, privacy and anti-spam rules. Partners may not make guaranteed-income or guaranteed-output claims, impersonate Produca, bid on Produca-branded search terms, use unsolicited messaging, cookie stuffing or multi-level referral structures.

Either party may end the relationship at any time. Produca may suspend attribution or withhold disputed commissions while investigating abuse. Valid earned commissions approved before ordinary termination remain payable; commissions tied to fraud, policy breaches, refunds or chargebacks may be reversed.

Non-public commercial, customer and product information must be protected and used only for the partnership. Programme questions and notices should be sent to partners@produca.app.
